I would make the design a little longer. like stretch the guy out, possibly lengthen his wings. the symbol on the top right kinda throws it off. maybe reposition it or.. idk. but the design is really cool. i like it a lot. i would just suggest finding ways to make it stand out from the wood grain a little more.
